Hanwha Decan S1 Pick And Place Machine
The Hanwha DECAN S1 is a high-end fully automatic SMT pick-and-place machine. It offers high precision, fast speed, and stable operation, making it an excellent choice for improving PCB component placement efficiency and overall product quality.
This machine is equipped with 10 placement heads and a gantry structure, reaching a maximum placement speed of 47,000 components per hour. It features both a flying camera and a fixed camera for dual visual positioning, achieving placement accuracy of ±28μm for chips and ±35μm for IC components.
It supports PCB sizes ranging from 50×40mm up to 510×510mm, with an optional upgrade for large boards up to 1500×460mm. The machine can hold up to 120 feeders, making it suitable for a wide variety of production needs.
