What to send for a fast quote
- ▪ The part number exactly as printed — including prefix and suffix
- ▪ Machine model and head or feeder type
- ▪ Quantity, and whether you want one head set
- ▪ Destination country and required-by date
Unsure of the number? Send a photo. We identify more parts from a photograph than we do from a typed code.
Three things worth knowing.
How fast will I actually hear back?
Within 12 working hours, Monday to Saturday. Because we are on GMT+8, that means an inquiry sent during your working day in Europe or the Americas is usually answered before you start the next one. If your line is down, say so in the first line — those go to the front of the queue and we will answer out of hours where we can.
Can you quote without a part number?
Yes, if you can send a photograph of the part and tell us the machine model and head or feeder type. For nozzles we can usually identify the code from a photo of the tip alongside the old part. For feeders, the model number is stamped on the body — a clear photo of the label is normally enough.
Do you charge for samples or verification?
No. On stock items, bore measurements, side-by-side comparison photographs, feeder tape-advance sheets and short test videos are all free. You pay for the parts, and for shipping if you ask us to send a physical sample unit.
Prefer to browse first?
The catalogue lists every part number with photographs, OEM numbers, legacy cross-references and compatible machines. Everything else is quoted against your number.
