What is verified before this part ships
- The part number laser-marked on the body is checked against the ordered number and its legacy reference.
- The unit is weighed against a known-good reference of the same number; anything materially lighter is flagged.
- The tip face is inspected at 10× for burrs, coating uniformity and bore concentricity.
- Bore measurement and a side-by-side comparison photo are available free of charge on stock items.
Returns
If a part does not match the number we invoiced, we replace it or refund it — including return freight. Report it within 30 days of delivery with a photograph of the part and the packaging, and we will resolve it without an argument.
If the part matches our invoice but is the wrong code for your head, that is an ordering mismatch rather than a defect: tell us within 30 days and, provided the unit is unused and undamaged, we will credit it against the correct number. This is why we ask for the head type before quoting.
