How do I know the part number is right for my machine?
Send us three things: the machine model, the head or platform type, and the number printed on the part you are replacing. We check the number against the OEM chart and the supersession history, then confirm in writing on the quotation. Where a legacy reference is involved — Fuji's R07- / R19- codes, JUKI's E36xx-729-0A0 format, Yamaha's KM0-/KGT-/KGS- prefixes — we confirm both numbers so your BOM and our shipment agree.
Are the parts original, refurbished or aftermarket?
Nozzles are supplied as original parts. Feeders are refurbished: worn sprockets, belts and tension springs are replaced, and each unit is run-tested with its tape advance measured and recorded. Every listing states which condition applies, and the condition is repeated on the invoice.
Can I get a sample or a comparison photo before paying?
Yes, and we recommend it for first orders. Ask for a bore measurement, a side-by-side photo against the part you are currently running, a feeder tape-advance sheet, or a short test video. There is no charge for this on stock items.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
One piece, on every listed number. Stock lines ship in 3–5 working days after payment; courier DDP is typically 5–9 days door-to-door. Volume and complete-head-set orders are confirmed at quotation. Sourcing items for legacy machines usually run 2–6 weeks.
Which Incoterms do you ship on?
DDP door-to-door to more than 40 countries, including duty and tax where we can arrange it. FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong if you run your own forwarder, and CIF to major ports. For urgent line-down orders, ask for a courier DDP quote — on a carton of nozzles it is often cheaper than the port charges on an FOB sea shipment.
